Shipping policy
We ship all products from Italy. We work with Poste, FedEx, BRT and GLS, choosing the best courier based on your package each time. Registered mail is only available for packages of certain sizes and a maximum weight of 500g. The choice of carrier type also depends on the album's invoice: if it is delicate, we always send it with a courier.
Delivery times: vary from 1 to 3 working days with GLS and BRT, from 3 to 7 working days with Poste (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays). For international shipments with Fedex, the times vary from 3 to 7 days. These times apply only to albums not on pre-order. The pre-order albums arrive at our warehouses about 10 working days after the official release date in Korea/Japan, after which we proceed with the order fulfillment. Note: Albums with special POBs such as Weverse, MK, Yes24, BDM, Apple, etc. may arrive in Italy about 3 weeks after the release date in Korea. For each order, there are also shipping preparation times, which vary from 1 to 3 days.
For islands and peripheral areas, delivery times are extended by a couple of days. For shipping to difficult areas (Isola D'Elba, Capri, Venice Lagoon, Minor Islands) a surcharge of at least 5 euros is required. We will contact you to agree on the methods. Delays in deliveries are also possible during Christmas and holidays.
The gift cards are sent via email with no additional shipping costs.
If a partial / incorrect address is entered at the time of the order, any additional costs for the delivery of the package, resulting from the correction / address change / surcharge by the courier, are the responsibility of the customer.

Album with poster available for pre-order: in this case we only ship with express courier. The poster arrives folded.
