Are the albums original?

Certain! We are the first to want to support our idols and their work. All our products, albums, photocards and posters are absolutely original and official.

Do orders on K-Moon affect Korean charts?

Yes, if you order on K-Moon you help your K-Pop group for the charts Hanteo e Gaon Music Chart!

What payment method can I use?

At the end of the purchase procedure you can choose whether to pay by credit card or bank transfer. Both are safe and reliable methods.

Can I make a return?

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, only if you have not opened the package. The album must still be sealed and intact. We will refund the cost of the product as soon as we receive it. Shipping costs remain your responsibility (both for sending and returning).


Shipping questions

Are you sent outside Italy?

For the moment we ship to Italy, Austria and Germany, France, Denmark, Greece, Belgium, Holland, Portugal and many other countries. Ask us!

If I buy a pre-order album and a normal album, can I receive the album you have in stock first and then the new album?

No, we only ship once, to avoid excessive packaging and transport. You'll have to wait until the pre-order album releases to receive both. If you prefer, you can place two separate orders so you don't have to wait for the pre-order album to arrive.

The album arrived damaged, will I receive a refund?

Unfortunately, if the album is damaged during transport, we are not responsible for any scratches or small dents. IMPORTANT: if the packaging is visibly damaged upon receipt, you must sign the receipt WITH RESERVE. Only and only in this way can we help you. Take photos of the album if it is damaged and contact us at service@kmoon.it. Together we will see how to find a solution.

The delivery was unsuccessful (failed to collect/absent recipient/package not accepted) and the album was returned to K-Moon.

In this case we can refund you the cost of the album, but not the shipping costs. However, we must deduct a flat rate of 3 euros for packaging.

There are no photocards/preorder benefits in the album.

K-Moon receives the albums sealed and it is not possible for us to verify their contents. We trust the supplier's instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot send you any more photocards. In any case, contact us at service@kmoon.it, it is important to us that you are satisfied and maybe we can do something.

I received the wrong product/another version, what do I do?

If we made a mistake in sending you a product, we are very sorry. Contact us now at service@kmoon.it, attaching the photo of the wrong album/product to the email. We will try to resolve the problem.
