MAMA 2024
The MAMA Awards 2024 took place from November 21 to 23, starting in Los Angeles, California, and continuing in Osaka, Japan.
The event celebrated its 25th anniversary, offering memorable performances and recognizing the best talents in K-pop.
Main winners:
- Artist of the Year: Seventeen
- Album of the Year: "SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN" by Seventeen
- Song of the Year: "Supernova" by Aespa
- Fans' Choice of the Year: Jimin of BTS
Other notable recognitions include TWS, which won for Best New Male Artist and for Best Dance Performance by a Male Group; RIIZE, awarded as Favorite Global Performer Male; and ILLIT, which received the title of Best New Female Artist.
The event was enriched by iconic performances, including a Big Bang reunion, who performed their hits "Bang Bang Bang" and "Fantastic Baby", demonstrating their continued influence in the music scene.
